If the music came from our stock, or if we sent the wrong item, we can only accept returns if the music comes back in salable condition: no bends, scars, or markings of any kind. Music was defective or damaged in handling or shipping prior to your receipt. Music that is defective or damaged in shipping is always accepted for return.
